Hi, I’m Nick Faulkner,                              English language consultant 

I am a freelance English proofreader, Polish-to-English translator and language consultant with more than 25 years’ experience working with top international law firms, universities and businesses. 

I am British, but have been living and working in Poland for the last 30 years, first teaching and then as a language consultant, helping clients to improve the level of their written English. I have in-depth experience with proofreading, post-editing after machine translation and AI, and translating from Polish.

From checking the subtitles of an Oscar-nominated film to translating the Polish Criminal Code, from working on a history of the Polish Airforce to proofreading and editing an action thriller novel, and lots of interesting (and some not so interesting) things in between, I have done it all.
